Bella is a five-year-old child. Like any other, she could get into mischief sometimes. She does not want Grandma to be upset about her occasional adventures. Bella wonders, “Grandma, will you love me even when I misbehave?”
My Review
Bella is a cute little 5 year old girl who loves her Grandma. When she visits her she asks her numerous questions. As a little girl with lots of energy, she wonders about her Grandma’s love for her. She asks her grandma if she will love her if she drinks all her water or jumps on the couch. Sometimes children get shouted at for doing things they shouldn’t. It makes them a little insecure and they may wonder if the adult still loves them. Grandma assures Bella over and over that she will always love her, even if she does things that she shouldn’t do.
This is a charming book that conveys assurance to children that they are loved and cared for. Bella learns a wonderful lesson about love and caring. This is an important part of growing up and parents and grandparents should always make it clear to them that they are loved no matter what they may do.
